Return & Refund policy

At The Bennett Family, we do everything we can to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. This policy explains our return process and conditions.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • You may only register an item for return after you have physically received it.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

  • You are welcome to try on an item to check the fit, but items that have been worn beyond this cannot be returned.

  • Products that have deliberately been ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@thebennettfamily-oakville.com within 14 days of receiving your order to register your return.

  2. After your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the applicable return address. Our return facility may be located internationally, including in China.

  3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, including any applicable shipping or customs fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.

Please do not return an item without first contacting us and receiving the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Liability

The Bennett Family is not responsible for the loss of a package after tracking information confirms that it has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

Intellectual Property

All content available on The Bennett Family website, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, and logos, is the property of The Bennett Family or its respective rights holders and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or otherwise used without prior permission.
